Akebono

Last Monday Connor went to play at a nearby nursery school. On Mondays from 10 am to 3 pm parents can bring their kids there to play and use the outdoor facilities. In these pictures you can see Connor of course, but also part of the playground and the nursery school buildings in the background.
It is a public nursery school and this is offered as a free public service, just like the play group Connor attended on Friday. Seiko asked if there was anything similar in the U.S. We had to say no, as far as we knew, though stay-at-home moms sometimes form private play groups.
