What is This?

Yesterday we hiked a trail between two train stations in Kyoto Prefecture. Connor had a great time observing all kinds of nature - lots of yellow and purple flowers, birds, a real-life snail, some wicked red and brown lizards, and, dandelions. We demonstrated how to blow off the seeds. He didn't quite master the skill, but he was fascinated nonetheless. We were happy to record his first dandelion encounter.
