Playground

Yesterday we discovered this park (on the other side of the pond).

See it now?

It features a shaded playground and walking path.

There are also benches and a covered pavilion.

It was perfect for Connor!

Wheee!

At about this point, Connor cried out, "Fuschia!" in noting one color of the playset, immediately followed by, "Emily!" because she taught him the word for that color.

The ground covering in the background resembles wood chips or mulch to the eye, but close inspection reveals that it's actually a rubber material! Very soft for walking upon.

We plan to go back soon armed with burgers, condiments, and grilling accoutrement. It's a very nice playground.
